Joe Koncelik is an attorney with the law firm of Tucker Ellis LLP which is based in Cleveland, Ohio. The focus of Joe’s practice is in all facets of environmental law as well providing counsel on issues relating to renewable energy and climate change. Prior to entering private practice Joe worked in State government for 12 years and held the most senior positions at Ohio EPA, including Director, Assistant Director and Chief Legal Counsel.  Joe has also fulfilled U.S. Green Builders Council’s requirements to qualify as a LEED™ (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) Accredited Professional.
